Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading or using Syntel ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License

The Software is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the duration of your subscription, subject to these Terms.

• Your license is bound to your hardware ID (HWID) and permits use on one machine at a time.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent or distribute your license key or the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source of the Software.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for how you use the Software, including compliance with the terms of service of any game or platform you use it with.

4. No affiliation

Syntel is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Ubisoft or any other game developer, publisher or platform. Rainbow Six Siege and all related names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Availability and updates

Games receive updates that may change weapon behavior. We aim to keep the Software and its configurations current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Downtime caused by game updates does not entitle you to a refund beyond what is described in our Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled exclusively according to our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will function without interruption or errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, game accounts, or in-game items, arising from your use of the Software. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

9. Risks of use — bans

You acknowledge that using third-party software in connection with online games may violate those games' terms of service. We are NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, penalties, restrictions, or losses of any kind — including game accounts, in-game items, purchases or otherwise — whether imposed by Ubisoft, any platform (Steam, console, etc.) or anyone else. You assume all risks voluntarily and use the Software entirely at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms, including sharing or reselling your license, abusing support channels, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks. Sections 7, 8 and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
