This policy describes what data Syntel collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. By using the Software you consent to the practices described here.
2. What we collect
- Hardware ID (HWID) — a fingerprint of your machine used to enforce your one-machine license. It does not include personal files or browsing data.
- License information — your license key, subscription status and activation history.
- Discord identity — your Discord username/ID if you purchase or request support through our server.
- Diagnostic data — when an error occurs, the Software may send an anonymous crash report (error message, version) so we can fix issues.
- Payment metadata — payments are handled by third-party providers; we only receive confirmation of the transaction, never your card details.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
- We do not collect your game accounts, passwords or personal files.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
4. Why we process data
Data is processed only to: (a) validate and enforce your license, (b) provide support and updates, (c) maintain the security and stability of the Software. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
5. Retention
License and activation records are kept for as long as your subscription is active plus the period needed for accounting. Diagnostic reports are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue.
6. Third parties
We share the minimum data necessary with: payment processors (to complete transactions) and Discord (whose own privacy policy applies to activity in our server). We do not otherwise share your data.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your data may terminate your license, since the HWID binding can no longer be enforced.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date.
